  Very pleasant rooms and friendly staff for the most part.

  Pricing extremely good value for money, with decent breakfast buffet included. Convenient tram links at a 2-minute walk away leading straight into the city centre at all times of day and night. Restaurant downstairs not incredible but plenty of other far better choices within walking distance. Slight noise from trains passing quite near but this shouldn't be an issue unless you are a particularly light sleeper. Only qualms would be with the manager at the time. During our stay, Prague's water company made a blunder and accidentally contaminated the drinking water supply with sewage. Manager insisted that the water was safe to drink despite our repeated warnings that there was sewage coming out of the taps. Many individuals from around the city were however admitted to hospital as a result. Nonetheless, we shall be staying here again, as the hotel overall was very pleasant indeed.
